Paradise Acres Road District members,

The Paradise Acres Road District Trustees are meeting to review the 2026 assessment roll, including the amount to be levied by the Paradise Acres Road District; which is planned to remain at the same rate as last year of $780.00 per parcel.

Agenda items for this meeting are:

• Review and accept the assessment roll for 2026 to be certified to the Lawrence County Auditor. The assessment levied is used for road repairs, winter snow removal, signage, insurance, administration, legal fees, all operating expenses of the Paradise Acres Road District.

• Review the second quarter 2025 2nd quarter financial report.
